Technical Program Manager

Drive execution across Avala's engineering, operations, and customer teams. You'll manage complex cross-functional programs — from enterprise customer onboarding to platform feature launches — ensuring on-time delivery with quality at Avala's rapid pace of growth.

What You'll Do: • Coordinate cross-functional programs spanning engineering, operations, and GTM teams • Manage enterprise customer onboarding timelines and SLAs • Drive release planning and feature launch coordination across web, mobile, and backend • Identify and mitigate risks in complex multi-team initiatives • Establish program management processes that scale with a fast-growing organization • Report on program health and key metrics to leadership

Requirements: • 4+ years in technical program management or engineering project management • Experience managing cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS or platform companies • Strong technical literacy — you can navigate codebases, read architecture docs, and ask the right questions • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations • Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to Have: • Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or ML infrastructure • PMP or Agile certification • Experience with globally distributed teams
